All services are provided subject to separate written agreements that will detail specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These Terms of Service govern your general relationship with AlphaSummit and use of our website.

User Obligations

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, AlphaSummit's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our consulting services provide recommendations and guidance based on our professional expertise, but business success depends on many factors beyond our control. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes or results.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Klagenfurt, Austria.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements according to the terms specified in the relevant service contract. These general Terms of Service remain in effect until terminated by either party.
